1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Intellectual Property — Ownership
Pursuant to Article 5 of the project contract:
The Darkhan Women Federation (DWF) retains full ownership of, and intellectual property rights to, this website, the chatbot software, and all generated materials.
No part of this website's content may be reproduced or republished without DWF's written permission, except as permitted by copyright law.
3. European Union Licence Rights
Pursuant to Article 5.2 of the project contract:
The European Union is granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and communicate this website, the chatbot software, and all generated materials globally.
This right exists alongside DWF's retained ownership.
4. EU Visibility and Branding
This website and chatbot display the EU emblem and the statement "Funded by the European Union" in both Mongolian and English, in compliance with the 2022 EU Communication and Visibility Guidelines.
Mandatory disclaimer (Article 4.3): This website is funded by the European Union. Its contents are the sole responsibility of the Darkhan Women Federation and do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is processed by DWF in compliance with GDPR and Mongolian data protection law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The AI Rights Assistant chatbot is fully anonymous — no personal data is collected or stored.
6. Professional Secrecy
Pursuant to Article 6.3, DWF and its personnel are bound to maintain professional secrecy for the entire duration of the contract and after its completion. This applies to all reports of workplace harassment and discrimination.
7. Ethics and Code of Conduct
Pursuant to Article 7:
• Anti-bribery and anti-corruption: We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding bribery and corruption, in compliance with Mongolian and international laws.
• Zero-tolerance on Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEA-H): DWF is committed to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding all forms of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
8. Audit and Record Keeping
Pursuant to Article 8:
DWF is required to securely retain all accounting records, source code, and supporting documents for five years following the payment of the contract balance.
The European Commission, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), and external auditors hold the right to carry out on-the-spot checks and examine information systems and documents.
